Does my client need to create an account?
No. Your client opens a private magic link — no signup, no password, no app to download. The link works on any device.
What happens when the deal closes?
You close the room from its header. The completion email goes out, the magic link expires automatically, and the room moves to your archive — readable any time, but no longer editable by the client.
Can I customize the tasks?
Yes. Templates are a head start, not a constraint. Edit any task title, description, due date, or assignment — and add new ones. Delete what you don’t need.
Is it secure?
Every magic link expires automatically. New devices get a six-digit verification code sent to your client’s email before they can access the room. You see a two-sided access history in every room, and either side can revoke or flag a device with one click.
How many rooms can I have?
